Everyone loves Microdot. But up until now microdot lavaliers and adapters were very expensive. Not anymore. We are proud to introduce the W.Lav and our microdot adapters. Featuring a 1.5 meter long cable, the W.Lav is a different kind of microdot lavalier. The W.Lav brings the microdot system to video professionals, ENG shooters, hotels, and houses of worship who may own or work with multiple types of wireless kits. The W.Lav was designed for users who don’t have to hide lavaliers. Often lavaliers on the market are designed with the idea that they must sound good hidden under clothing. In order to do so, they add a boost to the highs knowing that the clothing will level that out after being hidden. But than those lavs sound too bright when exposed. So we designed a lav meant to be used for corporate interviews, ENG shoots, and talking heads. A lavalier that would sound natural when exposed and clipped to someone’s lapel.

- Picking up sound from all directions, the omnidirectional polar pattern provides sonic consistency in a variety of positions
- 4.9′ attached cable with Microdot connector for compatibility with Microdot-equipped wireless transmitters
- Includes a Microdot to locking 3.5mm jack adapter to allow connection to select wireless microphone transmitters from Azden, Nady, Rode, Senal, Sennheiser, Tascam, and Zoom
- Compatible with Azden (35BT), Nady (UB10, UB16, WLT14, and WLT15), Rode (RODELink TX-Belt and TX-XLR), Senal AWS-2000, Sennheiser (Evolution Series G1/G2/G3, SK AVX, SK D1, SK 1093, and SK 20), Tascam (DR-10L and DR-10C), and Zoom (F1-LP and F1-SP) transmitters
